Jefferson Memorial Hospital Celebrates Milestone of 2,000 Cath Lab Procedures

Jefferson Memorial Hospital is proud to announce a significant milestone as the hospital’s cath lab has officially completed more than 2,000 procedures since opening three years ago.

Over the past three years, the cath lab has expanded access to high-quality cardiac and vascular care within the community. The lab offers a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, as well as peripheral vascular arterial and venous procedures.

“As a community hospital, it is our honor and privilege to provide these essential cardiac and vascular services close to home,” said Shane Watson, CEO of Jefferson Memorial Hospital. “Reaching this milestone reflects the trust our community places in us and the incredible dedication of our physicians, nurses, technologists and support staff. We are proud to help patients throughout our service area receive the care they deserve without having to travel long distances.”
